Born out of the boredom of Circuit Breaker (CB), our cheesecake is a dessert that we experimented on for weeks… until we figured the recipe to give the right firmness on the outside and a perfect creaminess in the middle. Not to be cheesy, but this burnt cheesecake is truly a labour of love!
